Job Summary
To support prioritized Government initiatives, the full-time remote Microsoft Copilot Studio Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide technical expertise in application development, configuration, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer for Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Power Apps activities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to support business processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions while configuring Microsoft Power Apps as needed
- Provide hands-on knowledge transfer and technical documentation for stakeholders and team members
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, particularly with enterprise applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio agents
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise data sources
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
