Job Summary
To enhance client business processes, the full-time Microsoft D365 CRM Consultant will develop and implement consultative and technical solutions, supporting various CRM project phases while working under the guidance of senior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Support analysis and design sessions to gather functional and technical requirements across multiple business areas
- Assist in all phases of client CRM projects, including implementation, configuration, testing, and training
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration designs for assigned solutions
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in software implementations and client relationship management
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience with software troubleshooting and testing
- Solid understanding of logical data modeling
- Strong desire to help clients maximize value through technology and process improvement
