Job Summary
To support client business processes, the full-time Microsoft D365 CRM Consultant will develop and implement consultative and technical solutions, assist in various CRM project phases, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support analysis and design sessions to gather functional and technical requirements across various business needs
- Assist in client CRM projects through phases including implementation, configuration, testing, and support
- Translate business requirements into documented specifications and configuration designs for assigned solutions
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience with software implementations and client relationship management
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience with software troubleshooting and testing
- Solid understanding of logical data modeling
- Strong desire to help clients maximize value through technology and process improvement
