Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to remotely administer, maintain, and optimize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments for the U.S. Department of Justice, focusing on user management, system health, and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments and related Power Platform services
- Manage users, roles, permissions, security groups, and access controls
- Monitor system health, performance, and service utilization while supporting deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform environments
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 administration and configuration
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Experience troubleshooting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments
