Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM Techno-Functional Architect, the full-time role will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Business Applications solutions for customers, working remotely across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Techno-Functional Solution/Technical Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform implementations
- Lead customer workshops to gather business processes and translate them into scalable solution designs
- Design integration solutions using Azure Integration Services and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology experience, with significant implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
- Strong hands-on architecture and implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub, including CI/CD practices
- Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture and enterprise integrations using Azure Integration Services
