Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Architect
Job Summary
To support client transformations, the full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Architect will design, build, and deliver Customer Engagement solutions remotely while leading technical solution design and overseeing development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Dynamics 365 CE solutions across various business functions, ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with project teams
- Architect and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external applications, including ERP systems, while advising on integration patterns
- Lead presales activities by providing technical guidance, conducting solution demonstrations, and developing Statements of Work (SOW)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure Integration Services
- Strong development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Automate
- Experience with Azure DevOps and modern Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices
