Job Summary
Leading application development and support activities, the full-time Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Developer will manage enhancements and ongoing support for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including workflows and entity customizations
- Build and maintain Power Apps, Dataverse schemas, and Power BI reporting solutions aligned with business requirements
- Design and maintain OAI-PMH and RESTful API integrations while managing development through the Change Control Board process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- One current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification
- 7+ years of experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Hands-on experience with OAI-PMH or RESTful APIs in integration architectures
- Experience delivering under a sprint-based model with formal change control processes
