Microsoft Managed Services Engineer
Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support and expertise, the full-time Level 3 Managed Services Engineer will manage and maintain Microsoft-based systems, resolve complex issues, and optimize IT infrastructure while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide escalated technical support for Microsoft systems, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 products
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot complex issues related to device management and application performance
- Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for Microsoft environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional technology certifications (MCSE)
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies referenced in the job description
- Prior experience in a technical role within IT Consulting and/or Managed Services environment
- Familiarity with compliance models such as CMMC, PCI, and HIPAA is a plus
- Prior leadership experience in a managed services team or project environment is a plus
