Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Microsoft Purview Compliance Engineer will manage client engagements to design and implement comprehensive Microsoft Purview solutions for data governance, compliance, and risk management across Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement Microsoft Purview solutions tailored to their data governance and compliance needs
- Develop and enforce policies for data classification, retention, and protection while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, team members, and stakeholders on Microsoft Purview capabilities and best practices
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, services, and security best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and security configurations
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance and compliance management
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001
- Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications related to security and compliance
