Microsoft Sentinel Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Microsoft Sentinel Engineer will implement, manage, and enhance Microsoft Sentinel environments while collaborating with clients and internal teams remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver Sentinel projects by defining and maintaining systems requirements and architectural designs
• Architect and design Sentinel ingestion and integration architectures, including data connectors and workspace design
• Identify automation opportunities and develop requirements to translate business needs into technical solutions

Required qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience in IT security
• Proven experience deploying and managing Microsoft Sentinel environments
• Strong foundational understanding of networking principles and security best practices
• Experience with KQL (Kusto Query Language); familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in Information Security domains and understanding of security programs and processes
