Mid Developer - Remote
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Mid Developer - Remote will design, develop, and secure scalable application modules using Java and Thymeleaf while collaborating with teams to enhance application performance and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable application modules and translate legacy PowerBuilder applications to Java
- Collaborate with customer teams to ensure smooth testing and deliver high-quality code while participating in Agile sprints
- Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and respond to security tooling findings, ensuring secure coding practices are followed
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Public Trust/NACI position
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in Java application development
- Proficiency in REST APIs, Thymeleaf, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and database management
