Mid-Level Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing Data Analytics and Business Intelligence platform, the full-time Mid-Level Data Engineer will work remotely, guiding a cross-functional team to manage data pipelines, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with federal stakeholders on high-priority projects.
Key responsibilities
- Complete development efforts across data pipelines to manage and provision data to consumers
- Partner with data scientists and federal stakeholders to deploy models in production
- Support continuous process automation for data ingestion and advocate for lean-agile engineering practices
Required qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- 7+ years of IT experience with modern cloud data warehouse technologies
- Proficiency in developing ETL processes and manipulating data using Python, R, SQL, or SAS
- Strong knowledge of big data analysis and storage tools, with experience in the AWS ecosystem
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
