Job Summary
Supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) remotely, the full-time Mid-Level Data Management Analyst will manage large public health data assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring data quality and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage CDC Data Hub data assets, including ingestion, release management, and maintenance
- Perform data quality assurance and validation to ensure data readiness for production use
- Develop and maintain data preparation processes using programming languages such as Python and SQL
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in data management or analytics
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
- Experience managing large datasets and data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, SAS, or similar data programming languages
