Job Summary
To support enterprise application adoption, the full-time Mid-Level Instructional Designer will develop training materials, e-learning content, and curricula while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs and design curricula using established instructional design methodologies
- Develop e-learning modules, job aids, simulations, and assessment instruments
- Produce Section 508-compliant training content and maintain training materials in response to system changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Three to five years of instructional design experience
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning authoring tools
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment design
- Ability to produce accessible multimedia content
