Mid-Level PCB Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Mid-Level PCB Designer will perform PCB design tasks including placement, routing, DRC, and documentation while utilizing Siemens Xpedition tools in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct PCB design work, focusing on component placement, routing, DRC, DFM checks, and documentation
• Participate in CAD entry and exit reviews to ensure adherence to IPC standards and company guidelines
• Manage CAD data files and documentation within the PLM system and execute engineering change orders as required

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in PCB design
• 3+ years of direct experience using Siemens Xpedition, CES, and EDM
• Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of PCB fabrication processes, tolerances, and IPC standards
• Experience collaborating with mechanical engineering on board profiles and stack-ups
