Mid-Level PMO Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time remote Mid-Level PMO Quality Analyst will manage requirements analysis, quality assurance, and performance oversight, ensuring deliverables meet contractual standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document IT business and reporting requirements, defining measurable acceptance criteria
• Maintain requirements-to-performance traceability and assess impacts of approved changes on reporting and measurement
• Create and maintain leadership dashboards and performance reports that communicate trends, risks, and recommended actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality management, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in requirements analysis, performance management, or quality assurance
• Working knowledge of requirements documentation, performance measurement, and quality assurance practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience collaborating effectively with remote, cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment
