Job Summary
Supporting full-cycle hiring for store and field leadership positions, the freelance Mid-Level Recruiter will work remotely to partner with hiring leaders and HR business partners, focusing on identifying and attracting high-quality management talent across a nationwide retail organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for management and leadership openings across assigned markets
- Consult with hiring managers to clarify talent needs and develop targeted recruiting plans
- Create and execute sourcing strategies while maintaining candidate pipelines for priority markets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- 5-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in retail or leadership-focused environments
