Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support federal government clients, the full-time Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, translating requirements into effective configurations while collaborating with senior developers and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM and ITOM
- Translate functional and technical requirements into ServiceNow configurations and custom development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and participate in Agile ceremonies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with ITSM platform implementation, administration, and development
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting and configuration
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with ServiceNow scripting components
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
