- Own a real workstream from specification to production within client engagements
- Pair regularly with teammates across various engineering domains to enhance collaborative problem-solving
- Ship AI solutions that are robust and compliant, ensuring they meet user and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on engineering experience with production systems
- Depth in two or more domains such as backend, frontend, data engineering, infrastructure, or AI/ML
- Willingness to experiment and learn from failures rather than waiting for certainty
- Strong collaboration skills and a preference for working with others to solve challenges
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
