Mid-Level Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the stability and continuous improvement of an AI-enabled software platform, the full-time Mid-Level Software Engineer will investigate and resolve application defects, optimize AI models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and system issues across various components
- Perform root-cause analysis for technical issues and develop reliable application fixes
- Conduct AI model tuning and optimization, ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering or application development experience
- 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Strong experience with APIs, relational databases, and distributed application components
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and containerized applications
- Experience collaborating with QA/Test Engineers to reproduce and resolve defects
