Midlife Provider Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

To drive the enrollment strategy for midlife providers, the full-time remote Midlife Provider Enrollment Manager will manage a team overseeing licensing, credentialing, and enrollment processes while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure coverage and access to care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of licensing and credentialing specialists, overseeing the end-to-end process for provider enrollment with states and health plan partners
• Own the enrollment strategy across clinical specialties and geographic states to ensure adequate coverage for midlife patients
• Leverage data to identify gaps in processes and implement improvements for licensing and enrollment activities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience enrolling healthcare providers with payers
• 2+ years of healthcare operations experience, preferably in healthcare delivery or a high-growth startup
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 1+ years of experience managing licensing, credentialing, and enrollment activities
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
