Migration Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

To support large-scale Wireless and Fiber migration execution, the full-time Migration Integrity Analyst will manage pre- and post-migration account validation, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate customer data in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre-migration account remediation and validate migration eligibility by investigating account conditions
• Conduct detailed post-migration account validation to confirm accurate transition of customer and billing information
• Investigate migration exceptions and discrepancies, providing support for fallout resolution and documenting findings

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data validation, account reconciliation, and migration support
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform source-to-target reconciliation using SQL
• Proven experience in investigating migration fallout and identifying data anomalies
• Ability to document remediation actions and maintain evidence of validation results
• Experience working collaboratively across business and technology teams to resolve issues
