Migration Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end migration of B2B marketing programs from Iterable to HubSpot, the freelance Migration Project Manager will manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure stakeholder communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the migration plan, including scope, milestones, and dependencies across campaign builds and data sync work
• Maintain an inventory of campaigns and track progress from rebuild to launch in HubSpot
• Run weekly sessions and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress and risks

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in project or program management within marketing technology or operations
• Proven experience delivering platform migrations or major system implementations on schedule
• Fluency with planning tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
• Working knowledge of marketing automation concepts and familiarity with HubSpot or Iterable
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence
