Job Summary

Experienced in managing complex claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will utilize their 3-5+ years of adjusting experience to analyze claims exposure and resolve issues for clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants and clients, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
