Job Summary
Providing remote pre-procedure assessments, the full-time Minnesota and Wisconsin Licensed RN will interact with patients to evaluate health concerns, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and develop care plans in a telehealth setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement care plans
- Utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient outcomes and adjust interventions as necessary
Required qualifications
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in Minnesota and Wisconsin
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth nursing preferred
- Ability to work day shifts with flexible start times
