Job Summary
To drive advice adoption and integration across the enterprise, the full-time remote Minnesota Licensed Advice Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert on Purpose-based Advice, collaborating with field advisory teams and internal partners to enhance training and communication strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with field advisory teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment with Thrivent's financial planning framework
- Partner with instructional design and content teams to create impactful training materials and support the learning experience
- Execute an adoption plan to ensure organizational alignment on advice processes and strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in Financial Services
- 2+ years of operational experience with industry data analysis
- Strong strategic leadership and influencing skills across corporate and field environments
- Appropriate FINRA & Insurance Licensing (Series 7, 65/66, LH)
