Job Summary
To support adult psychiatry and therapy patients, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant will provide integrated care through brief, solution-focused treatment in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and utilizing telemedicine for patient appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients presenting a range of mental health concerns
- Deliver evidence-based, solution-focused care in collaboration with mental health and physical health colleagues
- Utilize telemedicine platforms to conduct appointments and ensure comprehensive patient care
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed or license eligible in Minnesota at the Masters Level (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent)
- Five years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Experience in assessing and treating adult patients (18 years and older)
- Training in evidence-based, solution-focused care
- Strong commitment to ethical practices and professional relationship building
