Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Minnesota Licensed Claim Examiner, the experienced Sr. Claim Examiner will manage complex Workers' Compensation claims in Minnesota and Wisconsin, utilizing independent judgment to drive timely resolutions and oversee investigative activities.
Key responsibilities
- Interprets policy coverages and makes decisions on complex claims
- Manages investigative activities and directs litigation strategies with legal counsel
- Analyzes claims activity and prepares reports for clients and management
Required qualifications
- Active Minnesota Workers' Compensation Adjuster License required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; industry designations preferred
- 4-8 years of technical claims investigations and settling experience
- Ability to work independently while assimilating various technical subjects
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing multiple projects
