Job Summary

Managing a continuous pipeline of complex collection accounts, the full-time R&D Claims Representative will evaluate files for resolution, execute high-volume communication campaigns, and maintain data integrity while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively audit, track, and process complex collection accounts to determine appropriate next steps for recovery
• Maintain a steady volume of outbound and inbound calls to negotiate payments and resolve disputes
• Keep precise records of collection notes, payment arrangements, and account changes in proprietary databases

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate or commercial collection environment
• Possession of a valid Collector License or ability to meet state regulatory requirements upon hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products and comfort with specialized collection or claims software
• Exceptional telephone skills, active listening, and strong negotiation capabilities
• Proven alphanumeric typing skills of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy
