Minnesota Licensed Clinical Scheduler

Job Summary

To support homecare operations, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Clinical Scheduler will manage scheduling for field staff including RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA, while utilizing Home Care Home Base software in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate field staff assignments for homecare services
• Utilize Home Care Home Base software for effective scheduling and operations
• Support fast-paced branch operations by troubleshooting scheduling issues as they arise

Required qualifications:

• Active LVN/LPN license required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with homecare scheduling and managing RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA assignments
• Previous experience in a medical scheduling role preferred
• Familiarity with Caregiver EVV, Payroll, and Onboarding processes
