Minnesota Licensed Dietitian

Job Summary

To provide comprehensive nutrition care, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Dietitian will develop menus, assess resident dietary needs, and assist with food service operations in a hybrid role allowing for up to 40% remote work, with no weekends or holidays required.

Key responsibilities

• Completes nutrition assessments and collaborates with the care team to ensure cohesive resident care
• Establishes meal plans based on individual care plans and provides nutrition education to residents and families
• Monitors dining service outcomes and participates in quality assurance initiatives while assisting with meal preparation and service

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
• 900 hours of supervised professional experience in nutrition and dietetics
• Maintains Registration and License in Minnesota, meeting CEU requirements
• Certified Food Protection Manager or eligible within 90 days of hire
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
