Job Summary
To support a patient-centered practice, the part-time Minnesota Licensed Endocrinologist will provide outpatient care remotely, focusing on diabetes management and utilizing the latest diabetes-related devices, with a commitment of 24 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Manage outpatient care for patients, with an expected volume of 16 patients per day
- Apply and analyze the latest diabetes-related devices, including pumps, sensors, and meters
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of endocrinologists and support staff
Required qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Ability to work remotely, with availability during standard business hours
- Experience in managing diabetes and related conditions
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Willingness to adhere to telehealth protocols and practices
