Job Summary
To support critical Medicaid initiatives, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Facets Engineer will design, develop, and deliver customized solutions for the Facets application while fostering collaborative relationships with business partners and IT teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engineering delivery for complex Medicaid initiatives and ensuring quality software solutions meet customer expectations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and provide guidance to team members
- Building and maintaining continuous integration, deployment, and automation for scalable applications
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with Government Programs like Medicare/Medicaid
- Proficiency in Facets Systems and supporting member eligibility and claims processes
- Experience with Java, Oracle, Bigdata, MF, Datastage Technologies, and enterprise integration
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Postgres, WTX, EDI formats, and FICO Blaze
- Baseline proficiency in AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot for enhancing productivity
