Job Summary
To support the growth of clinical solutions in the Front Line Care business, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Front Line Care Clinician will provide clinical expertise, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and assist with implementation and retention activities, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise and educate stakeholders on the safe and effective use of Front Line Care products
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical decision-makers to support retention and implementation activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and implement clinical solutions tailored to customer needs
Required qualifications
- Current RN, CCRN, APRN, or other relevant nursing certifications as per state requirements
- Experience in clinical practice related to hospital-acquired conditions such as CAUTI, CLABSI, and HAPI
- Strong ability to engage with healthcare stakeholders at various levels
- Proven track record in supporting clinical trials and implementations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
