Minnesota Licensed HR Generalist

Job Summary

Supporting the Generalist team in a remote-first environment, the full-time Minnesota Licensed HR Generalist will assist in delivering HR guidance, managing policy administration, and maintaining job descriptions while fostering effective relationships within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in providing HR guidance and coaching to managers on various HR-related areas, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Support day-to-day service delivery by preparing materials, coordinating follow-up, and maintaining documentation
• Draft and recommend updates to firm policies based on best practices and legislative changes, while responding to employee inquiries

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a closely-related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of human resources experience in a professional services environment
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to employee management
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn HRIS and similar applications
