Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Medicare Agent will focus on helping seniors navigate Medicare coverage while building their own business with provided leads and training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding their Medicare options and enrollments
• Utilize provided leads and technology to facilitate sales and client relationships
• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of Medicare and sales techniques

Required qualifications

• Active health license (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance
• No prior Medicare sales experience required, but must be new to the field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a personal business
• Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
