Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Medication Access Supervisor will oversee daily operations of medication access specialists, manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations, and enhance operational workflows while collaborating with clinical teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing to ensure adequate resources meet client needs and project demands
• Conduct recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development to maintain a high-performing team
• Review medication authorizations and assist with benefits investigations and coverage denials to improve patient access

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in healthcare or with pharmacy providers on medication access
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration required within 6 months of hire
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Active CPhT certification preferred
