Job Summary

To enhance operational workflows, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Medication Access Supervisor will oversee daily operations of medication access specialists, manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while collaborating with clinical teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing to meet client needs and project demands
• Conduct recruitment, performance evaluations, and address personnel issues to maintain a high-performing team
• Review medication authorizations and assist with benefits investigations and financial assistance options for patients

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in healthcare or with pharmacy providers on medication access
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration obtained within 6 months of hire
• Minimum of 1 year experience supervising or managing a team preferred
• Active CPhT certification through either PTCB or NHA preferred
