Job Summary
Providing evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, the part-time or full-time Minnesota Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work remotely, managing their own caseload and collaborating with a supportive care team while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and needs
- Complete documentation in the EMR system, utilizing AI-assisted notes
Required qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state of practice
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Preferred experience with older adult or geriatric populations
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience is a plus
