Job Summary

To support a fully virtual practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep while independently prescribing HRT and utilizing technology for efficient care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full panel of patients, providing ongoing, relationship-based care in a high-volume virtual environment
• Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management
• Document patient interactions and meet productivity benchmarks while ensuring a warm and efficient patient experience

Required qualifications

• Active board certification as FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years of experience independently prescribing and titrating hormone replacement therapy
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
