Minnesota Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Supporting Family Medicine providers remotely, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage clinical decision-making, Epic Inbasket management, and virtual patient care, responding to patient inquiries and conducting video visits with 5 to 6 patients daily.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient questions and manage medication refills and test results
• Order tests and provide virtual care to maintain continuity of care for patients
• Collaborate with Family Medicine providers across the CentraCare Regionals

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Primary Care provider
• Ability to care for patients of all ages
• Must reside in a location supported by the CentraCare employment and compliance requirements
