Job Summary
To support K-12 schools in Minnesota, the fully remote Occupational Therapist will deliver high-quality OT instruction, evaluate student skills, and create individualized treatment plans as a 1099 Independent Contractor for the 2026-27 school year.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging OT instruction in a remote classroom environment
- Evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills, translating findings into actionable goals
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
- A Minnesota OT license or an OT Compact privilege
- Experience with telepractice platforms in a school/IEP setting
- Reliable home setup compliant with FERPA, including webcam, headset, and stable internet
- Authorization to work in the United States
