Job Summary
To support the growth of the Optimizer platform, the remote Minnesota Licensed Pharmacist Manager will apply clinical judgment to address medication-related inquiries, provide evidence-based recommendations, and serve as the primary clinical resource for clients during implementation and ongoing management.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluates medication-use practices and addresses client-specific clinical questions to drive adoption of the Optimizer platform
- Responds to medication-related inquiries in real time, interpreting clinical context and operational considerations
- Collaborates with internal teams and oversees day-to-day projects and tasks in a client manager capacity
Required qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist with 5+ years of recent clinical pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations
