Job Summary
To support Minnesota K-12 schools, the fully remote Independent Contractor Physical Therapist will evaluate student mobility and functional skills, develop treatment plans, and document progress towards IEP goals.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate levels of gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills
- Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to specific student needs
- Document sessions and record data on student progress towards IEP goals
Required qualifications
- Active physical therapy license issued by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Experience with reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms and strong technical setup
- Ability to collaborate remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
- Authorization to work in the United States
