Job Summary
To support K-12 schools in Minnesota, the fully remote contract Minnesota Licensed Physical Therapist will evaluate student motor functions, develop treatment plans, and document progress towards IEP goals while collaborating with educational personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate levels of gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills
- Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Document therapy sessions and track progress towards IEP goals
Required qualifications
- Active physical therapy license issued by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Experience with reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms
- Ability to collaborate remotely with teachers, case managers, and families
- Authorization to work in the United States
