Minnesota Licensed Physician Associate
Job Summary
To support the ongoing clinical review and adjudication of appeals and grievances, the part-time Minnesota Licensed Physician Associate will collaborate with a medical director, review individual cases for various health plans, and participate in team meetings to enhance processes and outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing clinical review and adjudication of appeals and grievances cases
- Collaborate with medical directors and other team members on case reviews and decision rationales
- Participate in team meetings focused on communication, feedback, and process improvement
Required qualifications:
- Current Physician Assistant/Associate license in Minnesota
- Current Board Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- 5+ years of clinical PA practice experience
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Availability to work Monday-Friday during normal business hours
