Minnesota Licensed PMHNP
Job Summary
To support a growing outpatient clinic, a part-time Minnesota Licensed PMHNP will provide care to adult patients with various mental health diagnoses while working 24 hours per week in a fully remote or hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and access to behavioral health services
- Manage patient appointments, including 60-minute initial visits and 20-40 minute follow-ups, based on patient acuity
Required qualifications:
- An active PMHNP license in the state of Minnesota is required
- Must be able to practice autonomously as a PMHNP in Minnesota
- Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience post-PMHNP certificate preferred
- Experience treating patients ages 18+ with community mental health diagnoses
- PMHNP ANCC Board Certification is required
