Job Summary

Leading a team in a fully remote capacity, the Minnesota Licensed Prior Authorizations Supervisor will manage prior authorization and reimbursement support operations for pain intervention therapies, ensuring service excellence and timely patient access.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily prior authorization and reimbursement support operations for pain intervention therapies
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance to achieve service, quality, and productivity objectives
• Monitor payer requirements and resolve complex reimbursement and coverage issues with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Experience in customer service, patient access, reimbursement support, or healthcare operations
• Experience leading or supervising teams
• Familiarity with healthcare payers and authorization processes
• Proficiency with customer service systems and Microsoft Office applications
