Job Summary

To support managed care programs, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Registered Nurse will conduct prior authorization and referral processes remotely, collaborating with Access Coordinators and insurance personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct managed care activities, including referrals and prior authorizations, in accordance with established policies
• Perform complex care coordination and referral management while collaborating with clinical and business services
• Support health care initiatives and compliance efforts in partnership with the Supervisor of Contracting & Payor Relations and Health Plans Medical Directors

Required qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in the state of Minnesota
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Experience in oncology and non-oncologic infusion therapy referrals
• Knowledge of insurance policies and prior authorization processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with various healthcare and administrative teams
