Minnesota Licensed RN Clinic Specialist
Job Summary
To support endoscopy services, the remote Minnesota Licensed RN Clinic Specialist will perform independent nursing assessments, coordinate delegated patient care, and assist providers with complex procedures while ensuring adherence to professional practice guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes
- Implements nursing interventions based on the plan of care
- Evaluates care and the patient's response to interventions and expected outcomes
Required qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Specialty training or graduate classes related to clinical area of practice
- 5 years of hospital or clinic experience or 2 years of specialty/critical care experience with specialty certification
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) certification
- MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
